Packages & Pricing
We offer 3 package tiers, each with a “weekday” and a “weekend” option.
- CLASSIC - Basic package
- TIMELESS - Inclusive package
- THE BELLAVUE EXPERIENCE - All inclusive package
All packages are priced for 100 guests.
For guest counts less than 100, a credit will be offered, per person, down to 50 guests. (Applies to Timeless and BellaVue Experience packages only.
CLASSIC 2-night "weekday" - Basic package
- Overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests
- Exclusive use of the estate
- Ability to hold all events in one location (Rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, etc.)
- Outdoor Courtyard Venue
- Perimeter globe string lighting
- Paved wedding aisle and ceremony space
- Fire pit
- Waterfall
- Lounge seating
- 4,000 sq ft paved, multi-use space (Food trucks, cocktail hour, etc.)
- DJ - 5 hours
- Tables and Chairs
- Unlimited free parking
- Limited trash service
