Questions & Answers
Q: Do the package prices include tax? Are there other fees?
A: No. We are required to collect 11% tax in addition to the package prices. Besides tax, there are no other fees.
Q: Is the reservation fee/deposit refundable?
A: Yes, you have 30 days from booking to confirm your choice. After 30 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied to your total rental fees.
Q: When are the remaining rental fees due?
A: We typically split up the remaining fees into several payments, with the last payment due 90 days prior to your arrival date, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Just ask!
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: Online through credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or
checks.
Q: What if it’s raining on our wedding day?
A: Here’s a little secret. Some of the best memories involve a little bit of weather. Don’t
sweat it, just embrace it. It’s going to be a beautiful day and will be a day to remember.
Q: Do you have rental items available?
A: Yes. We have a wedding arch, string lights & portable light stands, heaters, extra tables & chairs, and garbage receptacles.
Q: Can we use our own vendors?
A: Yes! You are welcome to bring in any of your own vendors. We can provide you with a list of our preferred vendors that we know and love, but using them is completely optional.
Q: Can we serve alcohol, and do we need to have a licensed bartender?
A: Yes, you can serve alcohol. And no, you don’t need a licensed bartender. With a reservation you are required to purchase event insurance that covers when alcohol is served as well as general liability and other damages that can occur. The cost starts at $99. You can purchase this from our recommended company (Or you're welcome to find your own.) Our process is simple and easy and we provide all the contact information for you.
Q: Do you have any sound or time restrictions with the use of estate?
A: We conform to sound standards by our community which still allows for a fun, amazing evening of celebrating! 9:00pm is our end-time for any major wedding activities, which just means the music is off and any of the louder event-related celebrations are over. It doesn’t mean a hard stop to all activity, just a more subdued time to spend together with your guests. You are welcome to stay in the courtyard, clean up, etc. For those of you staying overnight on the property, you’re welcome to gather in the mansion at that time as well and continue enjoying your time together. There’s lots of options. We are happy to work with you and provide as much flexibility as we can. We know this is one of the most special days of your life and we will do all we can to make it an unforgettable experience for you!
